Overview

Throughout the event planning process, you’ll have open communication with our Event Coordinator about your venue and event arrangements. Event resources available to you with the Grand include access to our preferred vendors list, development of room layout and seating arrangement, discussion and ordering of linens, and planning of basic set-up and serving itinerary. 

On your event day, you will have access to the entire team of serving staff who will carry out the event and catering set-up, assist with vendor and guest questions, and ensure quality service throughout the event.
